设备特点

Pre-sterilization Heating

The overhead water storage tank preheats disinfection water to the predetermined sterilization temperature. During sterilization, it rapidly fills the vessel, accelerating the process, reducing the overall time required, and thereby enhancing effectiveness.

Hot Water Recycling

Post-sterilization, the hot water is recycled back into the hot water tank, which conserves steam and energy, and also reduces the time required for subsequent sterilization processes.

Sterilization for Soft Packaged Products

This sterilization method is particularly effective for soft-packaged products, including large-sized packages, due to its rapid heat transfer capabilities, ensuring a thorough and efficient sterilization process.

PLC-based Automation Control

PLC automation enhances precision and effectiveness in the sterilization process, ensuring standardization and reducing human errors. The industrial computer stores various sterilization protocols for easy and quick switching between different sterilization items.

FO Value Regulation

The system can be optionally equipped with an FO value control system, providing real-time monitoring of heat distribution data within the sterilization vessel, ensuring precise sterilization of products, and making the sterilization process more scientific and effective.

Uniform Heat Distribution

Uniform heat distribution, a critical factor in sterilization, ensures precise product quality control by eliminating cold spots and achieving consistent load temperatures, thereby guaranteeing effective microbial inactivation and uniform product characteristics.

Workflow

A

1.Preheating and Water Filling Stage

Fill the hot water tank with water and preheat it with steam to the required temperature and pressure for sterilization. Then, transfer the hot water to the sterilization pot to prepare for the sterilization process.

A

2.Sterilization Stage

Start the circulation pump and introduce steam to gradually raise the water temperature to the sterilization temperature within the closed-loop system. Adjust the pressure and exhaust valves to maintain the required pressure for sterilization.

A

3.Cooling and Water Recovery Stage

After sterilization, the hot water is transported to the water tank, and cooling water is introduced into the sterilization pot. This allows the sterilized items to cool evenly until they reach the predetermined safe temperature.

4.Draining and Depressurization Stage

Start the circulation pump and introduce steam to raise the water temperature to the sterilization temperature. Adjust the pressure and exhaust valves to maintain the required pressure within the pot for stable sterilization.

Two methods of manipulation

  • Redundant Dual Control for Enhanced Reliability and Prevention of Disasters:
The equipment is equipped with both a fully automatic control system and a fully manual control system, each capable of independent operation in the event of failures. This redundant design ensures that the equipment can be operated in emergency situations, effectively preventing potential large-scale product loss and hazardous equipment accidents. The automatic control system utilizes advanced sensors and algorithms to monitor and adjust operational parameters in real-time, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manual Override and Dual-Mode Operation for Critical Applications:
On the other hand, the manual control system provides a fail-safe mechanism, allowing operators to take direct control of the equipment when necessary. This dual-mode capability enhances the overall reliability and safety of the equipment, making it suitable for critical applications where uninterrupted operation is essential.

Common issues with sterilizers

1.How to Select the Appropriate Sterilization Equipment for Food Processing?

When selecting the optimal sterilization equipment for food processing, various factors must be taken into account, including the nature of the product (whether solid or liquid), packaging materials and methods (such as glass, metal, flexible packaging, or bottles), production volume, and the specific requirements of the sterilization process (like temperature, pressure, and duration). The choice of sterilization equipment, be it a spray, steam, or water bath type, should also consider its capacity, control system, level of automation, energy efficiency, and cost.

Vbesty is dedicated to producing a wide range of sterilization equipment, including spray, steam, and water bath models. These units feature advanced automation with both automatic and manual control systems. Vbesty’s sterilizers stand out for their energy efficiency, achieving a 3% reduction in energy consumption through optimized temperature regulation, power usage, and processing durations. Our seasoned design team, each member boasting over two years of expertise, is ready to tailor a sterilizer to your exact specifications, considering your facility’s space and production capabilities to ensure the perfect fit.

2.What is the quality standard of your sterilizers?

Vbesty is accredited with numerous certifications, including ISO9001, CE, and HACCP for food safety in design and manufacturing. The sterilizer’s vessel is crafted from S30408 stainless steel, featuring a butterfly-shaped head formed in a single spinning process. Utilizing stress-relieving vibration techniques, it ensures the structure remains permanently deformation-free. The sterilizer boasts uniform heat distribution inside the vessel (≤±0.56℃), aligning with the stringent safety standards set by the U.S. FDA, and offers precise temperature control within ±0.3℃ for effective sterilization.”

3.What are the installation requirements for your sterilizers?

The cooling water temperature should not exceed 30°C, and the steam pressure should be maintained consistently at 0.4 MPa to meet the sterilization process requirements. Additionally, the compressed air pressure should remain stable at 0.8 MPa. An air storage tank with adequate capacity is necessary to ensure timely backpressure compensation during the sterilization process.
A single piece of equipment does not need a compressed air header, but multiple units require one to ensure even distribution of compressed air. Instead of a steam header, a reinforced pipe can be used, but the main line must be equipped with a condensate drain and debris removal system to prevent the pipe from filling with condensate, which can cause water hammer and damage the control valves and pipes. While a cooling tower is not essential, the temperature of the cooling water, such as well water, should be maintained below 30C to ensure effective heat dissipation.

4.What is the degree of automation for the sterilizer?

The Vbesty sterilizer is equipped with a highly automated control system that strictly follows pre-set sterilization procedures to automatically execute the entire sterilization process, minimizing manual intervention and significantly enhancing work efficiency while reducing labor costs. The automatic control function minimizes human errors. Core automated components, such as PLCs, utilize globally renowned brands like Siemens and Schneider, ensuring the safety and stability of the automation system. In the event of equipment failure, the system automatically issues an alarm to promptly notify the operator, effectively preventing accidents and reducing losses.
